Find a pro to repair your Midea AC unit

Midea is partnering with Thumbtack to repair your recalled U and U+ Window Air conditioners for free. Here’s how to schedule your repair.
  1. Search for pros in your zip code.
    Enter your zip code below and choose one pro from the list. Tap their Thumbtack profile link.
  2. Message pro with recall details.
    On their profile, tap Message to contact your chosen pro. In your message, include “Midea Recall 2025” and your Midea ticket number (found in your recall request email from Midea). Screenshot of Thumbtack message interface with message prompt
  3. Schedule your repair.
    Arrange a time for your pro to arrive—they’ll bring the necessary tools and parts to repair and clean your unit. The pro will get paid by Midea after the job is complete.
